Non-Porch Club members up to 12 continuous hours    $400
Non-profit organizations up to 12 continuous hours    $225
Each additional hour            $  75

Please note there is a premium of $100 for any rental continuing after 6pm.   For members and Non-profits the premium is $50.

ALL RENTALS require a $250 refundable deposit with a signed contract.   

Special rates for non-profit groups for multiple meetings/rental dates will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Executive Board.
