Non-Porch Club members up to 12 continuous hours    $400
Non-profit organizations up to 12 continuous hours    $225
Porch Club members (and their immediate family) up to 12 continuous hours   $200
Each additional hour            $  75

Please note there is a premium of $100 ($50 for members) for any rental continuing after 9pm. 

ALL RENTALS require a $250 refundable deposit with a signed contract.   

Special rates for profit and non-profit groups for multiple meetings/rental dates will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Executive Board.
